"NEVER GO HERE OR TRY TO OPEN A COVERAGE WITH THEM! They scam you out of your money! Tell you a price, you pay upfront and make you do automatic payments with a card on file. Then you look on the insurance app, they were about to charge 3x the amount that was agreed upon. But if you bring it up they drop you from your insurance and now is refusing to refund first months payment. (Keep in mind the coverage was supposed to start 10/27, so it not even being a month in and you can't even keep the coverage for the month you paid either) The monthly payments we were supposed to pay was $371 spoke with Stephen, on app scheduled for the next month $1,891. When we ask why we are being dropped they refused to answer or pick up any call! Super sketchy I recommend going anywhere else than here."

"Really rude customer service and unprofessional. I called them twice and they hung up on me instantly. I recommend just finding another state farm agent. This one is utterly trash."

"I’m a Statefarm client from a different state and transferred to Christina Zeng’s agency once I moved to California. So far, I’m very happy with them. Their rate is the best, agent Steven is very professional and knowledgeable. They are quick to respond. I also had a very smooth no deductible claim process last year because of my uninsured motorist coverage.
